Time to get serious.

Ok was this really my idea? Half marathon? 13.1 miles. Scary.

Yeah! You can do it. It's not that bad actually. And, you are more of a runner than me, so I'm sure you'll be just fine.

what is this cross-training thing all about? also, NYC?? that sounds fun.

Cross training is anything but running. I usually do weights for 30 min but on the longer days I will probably do a yoa class or swim or maybe Zumba...

i am going to copy jenn - cross-training. sounds fancy! and nyc? will we be seeing some posts on that?

yeah, so i suspected that's what cross training meant, but then i'd have to learn how to use another machine at the gym or (ack!) sign up for a class somewhere.
i think yoga might be good - i feel like i need some gentle stretching. anyhow...
