Everyone on FB kept commenting on how bored they were after two snow days, but I found plenty to do... a little fitness (or just fun).

Tried a new recipe: Chopped Veggie Salad with Lemon-Cumin Vinaigrette

Watched a movie (well this was just one of several we watched).

And what day at home would be complete without a puzzle.

I also made pickles Tuan style, but after eating some, decided to try frying the rest. Very good!

Too bad I had to go back to work today. There was so much more to do!

while i enjoy our nice weather, i wouldn't mind a snow day or two or three. we never get ANY! (how is the dance game, by the way?)
drive carefully!
Lots of fun things there!
We also had cukes T-style; too bad fried ones aren't on dad's diet. He fixed the toilet and the shower door for fun--ha! And his office opened at noon today, finally.
Saw a BMW wrecked on ice and driver just said he was going to buy a new one--did you see increase in business, too?
Love, momsie
While Fl is the only state without snow on the ground the NNE wind is keeping the chill on. Surprising how the activities slow down when it is on the chilly side here.

that sounds like a great mini-stay-snow-cation?! how was the new veg salad recipe? looks easy and tasty.
Fried pickles! Yum, yum. Salad looks good, too. Did you have any snow cream? I must admit to being a little bit jealous of the snow days.
